Kazakhstani President and Russian secretary of Security Council discussed cooperation prospects
Astana. February 18. KazTAG - Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev has conducted a meeting with Nikolay Patruashev, secretary of the Security Council, Akorda reports.
"The parties have discussed the condition and prospects of bilateral relations in the field of security, aspects of international agenda including the situation in south-east of Ukraine," reads the message.
The parties also concerned certain issues of economic cooperation in the Eurasian Economic Union, discussed the new challenges connected with the situation in Near East and Afghanistan.
Peruashev arrived to Kazakhstan to take part in the planned consulting between the departments of security councils of Kazakhstan and Russia.
