Kazakhstani-Russian forum on volunteers’ movement to be held in Kostanay involving N. Nazarbayev in May
Atyrau. February 21. KazTAG - Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan, will take part in the Kazakhstani - Russian forum of volunteer movement in May in Kostanay, said Darkhan Kaletayev, Minister of Public Development of Kazakhstan.
"The Kazakhstani-Russian forum on volunteer movement involving the state's leader will be held in May in Kostanay. This direction is well-developed in Russian and got a state scale. We have to adopt their experience," he said at the meeting with the youth in Atyrau.
At the meeting the Minister indicated outflow of young people from the state.
"Outflow of youth is a common world tendency. This issue is hot in many states. For instance, this issue is under a big pressure in Russia.
The President ordered to allocate 3 bn tenge within the frameworks of the year of youth for young scientists. We have counted that today over 21 bn tenge are allocated for such grants. I don't want to blame anyone, but mainly they go to the acknowledged scientists, who have been in science for many years. Young scientists do not get these funds. Thus, the state's leader ordered to allocated 3 bn tenge for young scientists. This sum is not big, but it is the first step," he said.
