Kazakhstani Senator dissatisfied with quality of draft laws coming from the Government
Astana. April 24. KazTAG - Yerlan Nigmatulin, Senate Deputy, indicated the poor quality of draft laws preparation and asked the Government to be more responsible on this issue.
"I would like to indicate the quality of draft laws preparation which have been coming to the Parliament lately," he said at the plenary session while discussing the draft law on permissions and notifications addressing to Bolat Zhamishev, Minister of Regional Development.
In his words, "talking about preparation there have been the facts of poor coordination, carelessness and sometimes contradictions, very serious contradictions".
"I'd like to call the members of the Government to have responsible approach to the draft laws on the parity base. My experience in the Parliament lets me say that the members of the Government are working in extremely comfortable conditions," he said.
