Kazakhtelecom declared data on consulting tender worth 700 mln tenge is not liable to disclosure
Astana. January 16. KazTAG - The data on consulting tender worth 700 mln tenge by Kazakhtelecom are not liable to disclosure.
"Answering your request dated January 14 2019 Kazakhtelecom reports that the information is not liable to disclosure. Meanwhile, we have to mark that the information which was not disclosed publicly and is a part of commercial secret is protected by the legislation of Kazakhstan," reads the reply of Kazakhtelecom to the official request of KazTAG.
As it was reported, Aida Jacksen, member of special monitoring group under the agency for state service affairs and corruption combat said that Kazakhtelecom is holding a consulting tender worth 700 mln tenge planned for a certain player, most likely- the Russian office of BCG company.
Aset Nauryzbayev, well known Kazakhstani businessman, said to the agency on January 15, that the tender conducted by Kazakhtelecom for a new strategy development worth 700 mln tenge may hinder the company respond to the market changes. The expert was puzzled about the structure of payment for the services of the consulting company.
