Kenya plans to import tea to Kazakhstan
Astana. June 6. KazTAG - Berik Aryn, ambassador of Kazakhstan to Egypt, met Amina Mokhamed, Minister of Foreign Affairs and international trade of Kenya and Andre Karamaga, Secretary General of All African conference of churches in Nairobi, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"The Kenyan Minister expressed interest of Nairobiin deepening and expansion of bilateral cooperation with Astana. In her opinion there is a potential to increase the volumes of bilateral trade which made up more than $73 mln last year, including adjustment of direct shipments of Kenyan tea," reads the message.
Mohamed declared about intention of Kenyan side to send a delegation to learn the market and adjust direct ties with business circles of Kazakhstan.
