Klebanov's responsibility will come when appropriate conclusions are made - Sklyar

Pavlodar. December 2. KazTAG - The responsibility of oligarch Alexander Klebanov will come when the appropriate conclusions are made, said Roman Sklyar, First Deputy Prime Minister, answering the questions from journalist Askhat Niyazov.
“Responsibility comes when the appropriate conclusions are made,” Sklyar said during a briefing.
Niyazov notes that it looks like responsibility is being removed from the management of the thermal power plant.
According to Sklyar, the accident occurred on heating networks. According to his conclusions, the causes of damage are the erroneous actions of the station personnel, which led to an increase in pressure in the network.
When asked by a journalist about the state of the CHPP, Sklyar replied that it was not the best, but nevertheless, the station was in operation.
“How the thermal power plants and heating networks were maintained, how much money was allocated, what actions the plant management performed, these things will also be assessed as part of the criminal case,” Sklyar replied.
Niyazov directly asked the official where the oligarch Klebanov is now.
According to Sklyar, Alexander Klebanov is in Astana, solving operation issues. The second shareholder Sergey Kan is at the station.
Sklyar was also asked about the reason for the appointment of Oleg Kruk to the position of Acting Akim of the region in a situation where he was responsible for preparing for the heating season, but the First Deputy Prime Minister refused to answer this question.
