Kyrgyzstan asking Kazakhstan and Russia to provide 500 000 tons of duty free oil for "Dzhunda" refinery

Almaty. May 21. KazTAG - Kyrgyzstan is asking Kazakhstan and Russia to ship 500 000 tons of crude oil to "Dzhunda" refinery, reports the KyrTAG news agency.

"We asked Russia and Kazakhstan to provide half a million of crude oil which will be relieved of duties," said Dzhoomart Otorbayev, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan.

"The Chinese side (investor of "Dzhunda" refinery-KazTAG) promised that there wouldn't be supply problems, now the Chinese say they have no oil and ask to help with crude products supply," he said.

In his words, the question of crude oil supply to "Dzhunda" refinery was discussed between the officials of Kazakhstan and Russia during his trip to Astana and Moscow.
