Almaty. Februarty 6. KazTAG - Kyrgyzstan oil traders will not pay for detention of cars with fuel on the border with Kazakhstan, reports the KyrTAG news agency.
"There is a problem of payment for detention of 425 cars with fuel on the border, now the railway of Kazakhstan, expedition company and the purchaser-company are negotiating, it is not clear, who will cover the fine. In any case the businessmen are at loss," said Ulan Kulov, executive director of oil traders association of Kyrgyzstan.
In his words, the union has already applied to the Government and the MFA of Kyrgyzstan. "Negotiations are underway with Kazakhstani side. We have no results for now," he added.
