Kyrgyzstan Parliament introduced bill banning gay-propaganda
Almaty. July 2. KazTAG - The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan has introduced the bill banning gay-propaganda, reports the KyrTAG news agency.
"The Parliament has initiated the bill banning gay-propaganda. The bill is very timely, I support it, we must adopt good qualities from the west but not to turn into a western canalization, adopting ugly things," said Asylbek Zheenbekov, deputy of Zhogorku Kenesh.
He indicated that he is against the future representation of Kyrgyzstan by persons like "women with beards" like Konchita Wurst.
"Can you imagine that in 10-20 years Kyrgyzstan may be presented by such people at the international contests like Konchita Wurst? You might be against that, so am I," he said.
