Kyrgyzstan to host next CSTO session on November 27-28
Astana. April 30. KazTAG - Kyrgyzstan will host next CSTO session of defense ministers on November 27-28, reports the defense ministry of Kazakhstan.
"Defense minister of Kazakhstan Nurlan Yermekbayev took part in the session of CSTO member states. The parties agreed to host the next session of the Collective Security Council on November 27-28 in Kyrgyzstan," reads the message.
During the session the parties have shared opinions on the threats and challenges of military security in Central Asian region and measures of counteraction.
The defense ministers have signed a number of resolutions for improvement of the activity of the organization, joint efforts for military preparation. They have agreed the regulations of information interaction of CSTO crisis response center, a plan of consultations of representatives of CSTO member states on foreign policy, security and defense for the second half of 2019 and first half year of 2020 and approved the plan of joint preparation of management bodies and formation of forces of collective security system in 2020.
