Lavrov about Russia's aggressive policies towards Kazakhstan: they attract attention not to be forgotten

Astana.  May 6. KazTAG - Russian politicians who are aggressive towards Kazakhstan attract attention in such a way in order not to be forgotten, said Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister.
“Politicians build their careers in different ways. There are politicians seeking some kind of sensation. There are politicians who believe that if they sharply raise questions that look quite controversial, to put it mildly, they will attract attention so that they will not be forgotten. You know how they say in our country: “It doesn't matter whether it's good or bad, the main thing is that they write about you in the newspapers,” he said in the interview to Kabar TV.
“These agreements consist in the fact that we fully respect each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political independence. And we are developing allied relations on the basis of those documents that have been agreed upon and signed by the heads of states, approved by parliaments and are part of international law, " he added.
In his opinion, "such dubious, somewhere provocative statements from politicians, parliamentarians, are an inevitable part of democratic life."
