Almaty. April 23. KazTAG - The lawyers of Kazakhstani students Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, who were detained in Boston, have claimed to hold the court in another state, reports the ITAR-TASS news agency.

"The lawyers of Kazakhstani students Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov accused of hindering the investigation of the Boston terror act, have asked to move the judicial hearing from Massachusetts to another American state. They filed a claim to the federal court of Boston," reads the publication.

The lowers said the mass media in Massachusetts, where Boston is located, constantly link the names of Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov with the name of Dzhokhar Tsarnayev accused of committing the terror act. Due to this the jury commission "will inevitably have biased attitude to their clients".

"The court will start not earlier than in two months- 14 months after the tragedy. By this time people will still be discussing the case and the residents of Boston won't be able to give sober estimation to the situation," reads the message.

According to the US legislation court is usually held in the city where the crime was committed, however, lawyers have a right to request relocation of the place of hearing.
