“It is necessary to extend the tax exemption to medium-sized enterprises affected by the quarantine until their turnover and solvency are restored to the pre-crisis level, to prohibit the tax authorities and banks from bringing the existing medium-sized business to bankruptcy with inadequate amounts of claims, to extend the suspension of bankruptcy cases of private enterprises until April 1, to hold a tax amnesty for writing off the amounts of tax arrears, fines and penalties for medium-sized enterprises affected by the coronacrisis, ”Peruashev said at the session in Majilis.
He said the Government supported small and micro-businesses in taxes, while medium-sized businesses found themselves outside the scope of this support.
