Majilisman: Business in Kazakhstan is interested in tightening of responsibility for raider attacks

Astana. November 20. KazTAG - Business of Kazakhstan is interested in tightening of responsibility for raider attacks as soon as possible, said Zhanat Dzharasov, Majilis deputy.
"Any efforts to hinder business development, especially small and medium enterprises, must be taken into consideration. The draft law has not been changed for tightening responsibility for raider attacks, it ended up only with a set of restrictions in the form of deprivation of the right of taking certain posts or doing certain activity. In the time of presentation you said that the responsibility will be tightened in the new draft law which will be drawn up in March next year. Business community is concerned about raider attacks today. Why is this issue being delayed?" said Dzharasov in the address to Marat Akhmertzhanov, deputy prosecutor .
According to Akhmetzhanov today's responsibility prescribed by the law is up to 10 years imprisonment.
"In practice this regulation does not work as there are many competing crime constituents. These are corruption, official crimes, ”said Akhmetzhanov.
