Mamai's film about famine of Kazakhstani people won prize at the US documentary film festival

Almaty. October 27. KazTAG - The filmm of Zhanbolat Mamai, Kazakhstani journalist and politician  “Zulmat. Mass Famine in Kazakhstan ” hss won the prize of the Russian-language documentary film festival RusDocFilmFest-3W in the USA.
“The Humanitarian Award -“Zulmat. Mass Famine in Kazakhstan ", directed by Zhanbolat Mamai, Kazakhstan. The Humanitarian Award is an award that is given for a special contribution to the preservation and development of humanitarian values and is awarded to a person, a film project or a film, ”said the organizers of the festival
The documentary film Zulmat (Calamity) was shown on 23 October.
