“On October 20, a young woman addressed the police of the city of Taraz with a statement regarding an unknown person who inflicted bodily harm on her minor child near the medical clinic on Abai Avenue. A resident of the Zhambyl region was identified by police officers. During the investigation it was revealed that the man suffers mental illness and is registered in the regional psychiatric hospital, ” said the message.
Pre-trial investigation has been initiated under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
