Mass death of fish fixed in Caspian Sea in Aktau following dump of polluted water
Almaty. June 14. KazTAG - Mass death of fish has been fixed in the Caspian Sea in Aktau following dump of polluted water, reports Lada.
"On June 12 I came to swim at the Tepliy Beach, I was shocked as the bottom was covered with dead fish. Apparently some dumps affected the fish," said an author of the video showing mass fish death at the beach in Aktau.
As it was reported, a new fact of polluted water dumping in the Caspian Sea was fixed on June 12. Specialists of ecology department took water probes for investigation.
A month before- on May 10 Aktau inhabitants also filmed polluted water dumping in the sea. Yurana Ltd was found guilty for the incident. The damage to the environment was estimated to 1.7 mln tenge.
