Measles vaccines supplied to North Kazakhstan region
Petropavlovsk. February 8. KazTAG - Measles vaccines have been supplied to the North Kazakhstan region.
"According to the health care department of the North Kazakhstan region, 1500 doses of vaccines for measles, rubella and mumps have been supplied from the West Kazakhstan region. The vaccine was delivered to all central district hospitals and city polyclinics for children vaccination in accordance with the national immunization schedule of Kazakhstan and emergency immunization of unvaccinated contact persons aged from one to 30 years," reports the health care department.
It has been reported about lack of measles vaccine in the region. Meanwhile, measles incidence has been increasing in the region.
