Medvedev orders to punish people responsible for deterioration of quality of Russian export oil
Almaty. April 29. KazTAG - Prime minister of Russia Dmitriy Medvedev has ordered to punish people responsible for deterioration of the quality of Russian export oil, reports the press-service of the Russian Government.
"The Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Ministry of Industrial Trade, Federal Anti-monopoly service, Russian technical surveillance must conduct a check concerning the oil quality transported to Belarus and Eastern Europe through Transneft. By the results of the check punish people responsible for the violations," he ordered.
Medvedev ordered to send the materials of the check to the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia.
“Submit proposals for improving the regulatory framework in the field of oil production, storage and transportation in order to prevent the delivery of oil to consumers who do not comply with the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union “On oil safety prepared for transportation and (or) use ”. The deadline is seven days," he said.
