MIID subsidizes 10 air routes from / to Turkestan from budget and National Fund - Ministry of Finance

Astana. September 23. KazTAG - The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development is subsidizing 10 air routes from / to Turkestan from the budget and the National Fund, said the Ministry of Finance.
In the republican budget for 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, within the framework of the budget program "Subsidizing Regular Domestic Air Transportation", provides for expenses of T5.5 billion, of which: T2.5 billion - at the expense of the republican budget (RB) and T3 billion - at the expense of targeted transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reads the statement answering the request of KazTAG.
According to the response, expenditures in the amount of more than T3 billion were supported in the updated budget for 2021 on 13 air routes between Turkestan cities: Aktau, Aktobe, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Uralsk, Kostanay, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Kokshetau, Taldykorgan.
The air routes Nur-Sultan - Petropavlovsk, Almaty - Petropavlovsk and Nur-Sultan - Taldykorgan are subsidized.
The draft republican budget for 2022-2024 provides for expenditures with an increase of 7% to T5.9 billion for 2022.
