Minister of Culture finds no need to boost transfer process into Latin alphabet
Astana. January 30. KazTAG - Arystanbek Mukhamediuly, Minister of Culture and Sports, believes that there is no need for Kazakhstan to boost the process of transfer into the Latin alphabet.
"I personally think there is no need to boost this process, because it is important educational issue, it must not affect our activity, but transfer to the Latin alphabet is an adopted program. It will be conducted on the schedule," he said.
In his words this issue is being studied, including display of all the letters of Kazakh alphabet on the key board.
In his words, educational programs need development for the transfer.
"As you know it is a long term program, the program prescribes the terms. The main steps will be taken in 2025," he said.
