Two years ago there was a question of groundless cancellation of bonuses for administrating the resource cabinets and the Ministry of Education and Science assured us they would consider this question, but the bonuses have not been restored. Which measures are you going to take?" wondered Gulnara Bizhanova, Majilis deputy.
The Minister of Education admitted there are no bonuses for resource specialists.
"There have been no bonuses for resource specialists for several years, they were cancelled due to introduction of a new system of payment and included into the fixed official salary. School principals and vice principals are on the same line with them, it is difficult to invite them to work. We are going to increase the salaries of principals and vice principals from 30% to 50% depending on their category," said Aimagambetov.
