Ministry of Finance cancelled results of checks to 41 bn tenge appealed by companies in 2019

Astana. January 17. KazTAG - The commission of appeals of the Ministry of Finance has cancelled the results of 99 checks in 2019, or 32% of the considered appeals, said the Ministry of Finance.
"308 appeals were considered in 2019, the results of 99 checks were cancelled, or 32% of the total number of appeals and additional taxes and fares to 41.1 bn tenge," said the report.
The refusal of VAT repayment to 1 bn tenge on eight appeals was declared illegal.
