MINT proposed to create two Kazakhstani-Turkish industrial zones
Astana. April 25. KazTAG - Two Kazakhstani-Turkish industrial zones may be created in Kazakhstan, said Aset Isekeshev, Vice Premier, Minister of Industry and New Technologies.
"We plan to develop industrial zones actively. As we said we would like to crate one, or better two joint industrial zones where the Turkish capital might work in a bigger scale, more aggressively," he said at the session of Kazakhstani-Turkish interdepartmental commission.
He reminded that mutual commodity circulation of Kazakhstan and Turkey insignificantly decreased in 2013 to $3.5 bln.
He expressed hope that Turkish companies will take part in development of such industries as food production, construction and pharmaceutical industry. Turkish partners plan to build a Coca-Cola plant in Astana.
