"We have provided an opportunity for the families wishing to come back to Kazakhstan from China. The second plane will depart on February 12 and take 155 people back. We have been getting applications, we will report the exact number of evacuees as soon as the plane takes off and all the passengers check-in for the flight," he said.
He said it is a charter flight.
"It is a charter flight provided by the Government, all the people will be taken to Kazakhstan free of charge," he added.
He said the plane will be bound from Beijing to Almaty as it has quarantine facilities.
"It will depart in the evening and arrive to Almaty as there are facilities for two-weeks quarantine. All the previous planes had arrived in Nur-Sultan and the hospitals prepared for the quarantine are full now," he resumed.
