More than 70 000 people affected by quake in South-West China
Almaty. April 7. KazTAG - More than 70 000 people have been affected by quake in Yongshan Countyin South-East China, reports Xinhua news agency.
"The quake 5.3 points in magnitude affected 9 counties and 1 district of Yongshan province as a result 71 200 people have been affected, 32 people have been injured, 5 of them suffered severe injuries, 27- light injuries," reads the message.
There were 4 series of underground shocks in the province.
1300 people are involved in rescue operation. The 5.3 points quake was registered on April 5 at 06.40 am of Beijing time.
