Most false terrorists are repeat offenders suffering from mental disorders - Ministry of Internal Affairs
Astana. September 20. KazTAG - The majority of people who repeatedly report deliberately false acts of terrorism suffer from mental disorders, said Darkhan Razuev, deputy head of the department for countering extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.
“Unfortunately, there are also repeat offenders among the so-called anonymous false terrorists. We have facts of repeated commission of such crimes by the same persons, they were registered in the Karaganda region, for example, in 2019 and 2020, in the Kostanay region in 2017 and 2021. Basically, these are people who commit these crimes in a state of mental disorder. Most of them suffer from unstable mental health, ” said Razuev.
