Nazarbayev dissatisfied with frequent reforms in education and health care fields
Astana. July 2. KazTAG - Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev is dissatisfied with frequent reforms in the fields of education and health care.
"We have been conducting reforms in the fields of education and health care that people have got confused. When I am talking about perfection of system of preparation, it is perfection but not radical change of plans,” he said.
"We've had itch, hands are itching, to change something, new minister comes, they start a new dance," he added.
In his words reforms in the field of education and health care need careful approach.
"In this case (full reformation-KazTAG) we should suppose that the previous work of the Government was incorrect. I think it isn't so, thus, we need careful approach to these issues," he said.
