Nazarbayev signed law on road traffic with corresponding amendments
Astana. April 17. KazTAG - Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the law on road traffic, Akorda reports.
"The President has signed the law "On road traffic", reads the message.
The law is supposed to establish legal basis and common rules of road traffic functioning and its security in Kazakhstan.
The law introduces the term "state registration of transport means", specifies parking rules.
The law relieves transport means not more than 4 years old which have not more than 8 seats and not used in the commercial field.
The law regulates territorial-transport planning, including in the cities and settlements.
The President also signed the law "On amendments into some legal acts on traffic movement" which is supposed to strengthen responsibility for traffic rules violations.
