Nazarbayev to pay visit to Iran in H1 2015
Almaty. February 3. KazTAG - Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan, is expected to pay visit to Teheran in the first half of this year, reports the Iranian Telegraph Agency (IrTAG).
According to the message posted on the site of Iranian MFA, the program of the upcoming visit of Kazakhstani President to Iran was coordinated during the meeting of Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran on the affairs of Asia and Pacific Region Ibrahim Rahimpur with his Kazakhstani colleague Askar Musinov in the Iranian capital.
The parties discussed bilateral interaction in political, economic and cultural fields.
The parties emphasized the necessity to take joint efforts on more effective use of potentials of the railway line "Iran-Turkmenistan-Kazakhstan" for expansion and deepening of trade-economic ties between the states.
The parties shared opinions concerning cooperation in the field of energy, facilitation of visa registration procedures, mutual investments, interaction in the Caspian Sea, situation in the region, security provision, drugs trafficking combat and cooperation in the regional and international structures.
