New checkpoint to be opened at the border of Kazakhstan and China
Almaty. February 2. KazTAG- A new checkpoint "Nur Zholy" will be opened at the border of Kazakhstan and China, reports the Ministry of Finance.
"The protocol signing on amendments (between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Government of China about the checkpoints through the state border of Kazakhstan and China and work regime dated June 6 2012-KazTAG) will provide opening of the new checkpoint "Nurly Zholy" at the border of Kazakhstan and China and in the future it will improve the trade-economic cooperation of Kazakhstan and China," reads the message.
The new checkpoint will be opened in the aims of the project fulfillment on the international transit corridor "Western Europe-Western China".
