"Under coordination with the Presidential Office of Kazakhstan, Batyrzhan Baizhumanov has been appointed as a deputy akim of the Almaty region on September 12 2019," said Amandyk Batalov, akim of the Almaty region.
Batalov expressed gratefulness to Akan Abdualiyev, previous deputy akim, who has been appointed as a rector of the Arts Academy named after Temirbek Zhurgenov.
Tamirlan Bektasov has been appointed as a head of administration of the region.
Batyrzhan Baishumanov worked as a head of administration of the region from 2017, Temerlan Bektasov worked as akim of Panfilov district from 2017.
