Almaty. March 11. KazTAG - Muhammad Yazdi has been elected as a new head of the experts’ council, reports the Iranian Telegraph Agency (IrTAG).
84 years old candidate was supported by 47 members of the council of 73 attendees.
The new head of the council is also a member of council of Constitution's guards.
The previous head of the council Reza Mahdavi Kani died in October 2014 after a long lasting disease.
