New housing increased in price by 2.6% in Kazakhstan within one year

Astana. January 9. KazTAG - New housing increased in price by 2.6% in Kazakhstan within one year, reports the Ministry of National Economy.
"The prices of new housing sale have increased by 2.6% in 2018 (year on year), resale of non comfortable housing- by 2.4%, comfortable housing by 1.9%. Rent price for comfortable housing increased by 6%," reads the message.
The average price of 1 sq.m in a flat makes 266 863 tenge (2.1% up year on year), resale cost of comfortable housing- 185 965 tenge per 1 sq.m, resale cost of non comfortable housing- 114 523 tenge (+1%), rent price per 1 sq.m for comfortable housing 1382 tenge (+4.7%).
