New prosecutor appointed in Turkestan region

Turkestan. February 20. KazTAG - New prosecutor has been appointed in the Turkestan region, reports the regional prosecutor's office.
"By the order of the prosecutor general under coordination with the head of state Marat Alikhanov has been appointed as a prosecutor of the Turkestan region," reads the statement.
From October 2012 Alikhanov headed the department of the agency for combat with economic and corruption criminality in the Akmola region, from November 2014 he worked as a deputy, and then first deputy chairman of the committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the general prosecutor's office of Kazakhstan, in December 2016 he was appointed as a chief transport prosecutor of Kazakhstan.
Prior to the appointment Marat Alikhanov worked as a first deputy prosecutor of the Pavlodar region.
