New Year's tree in Nur-Sultan is in the top-10 highest trees in CIS
Almaty. December 24. KazTAG - The New Year's tree in Nur-Sultan has been included in the top-10 of the highest trees in the capitals of CIS, reports TurStat.
"Top-10 of the highest New Year's trees among the capitals of CIS is headed by the trees in Ashgabat (40 m), Yerevan (37 m), Baku ( 34 m), Minsk (30 m) Dushanbe (29m), Moscow (27 m), Bishkek (27 m), Nur-Sultan (25 m) and Kishinev (20 m)," said the message.
"The New Year's tree in Moscow 27 m in height is the only natural tree among the CIS capitals," said the report.
The highest tree 55 m tall was installed in Krasnoyarsk.
