North Kazakhstan region plans to boost ecologically clean production
Petropavlovsk. September 5. KazTAG - The North Kazakhstan region plans to boost ecologically clean production, said Kumar Aksakalov, akim of the North Kazakhstan region.
"We have huge potentials for production of ecologically clean products which are much more costly in foreign states. Thus, our task is to be focused in all the districts. For now only three districts are producing it - Yesil, Zhumabayev and Mamlutskiy," said Aksakalov.
The head of the region marked that it is more beneficial to produce ecologically clean products.
"Organic products are 30-40% more expensive abroad. As the President said we should abandon crude focus of export and launch processing of our production," he said.
In his words, the processing volume in the North Kazakhstan region amounted to $54 mln in January-June 2019, 18% up in comparison to 2018.
"In fact 67% is export. New enterprises will be opened in order to lower crude export of agricultural products and increase loading of processing companies, as a result crude export will drop by 14%," he resumed.
