"Boycott is a decision of the party's congress, it is out of question, as any congress of a political organization is the highest body. We do not completely boycott the election, we are active. Today at the session of the political council we discussed how we will take part in this election as observers. Our branches will actively observe the election," he said at the press-conference.
"We are going to take part in the parliamentary election- it will be the main choice in Kazakhstan. Our task is to unite all the layers of population of Kazakhstan, to unite the leaders of organizations, funds. When the Parliamentary election is announced, we will conduct a session, I wish to include 100 candidates on the list," he said.
