Nur-Sultan recognized as lagging region within frameworks of development of "economy of simple things"
Astana. July 9. KazTAG - Nur-Sultan has been recognized as a lagging region within frameworks of development of "economy of simple things" ( production of consumer goods), said Zhenis Kasymbek, Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
"The quantity of projects and their cost are considered as the criteria of activeness of regions in the "economy of simple things". Nur-Sultan, Atyrau, Kostanay, West Kazakhstan regions are the least active regions," said Kasymbek.
In his words, as of July 4 about 1500 business projects to more than 1 trln tenge were in the project office of the program of privileged crediting, that is 30% of the number of potential participants. Akmola, Mangistau, Pavlodar regions and Almaty are the most active regions.
