Almaty. May 6. KazTAG – Kazakhstani businessman Nurzhan Subkhanberdin has withdrawn from the board of directors of Kazkommertsbank since May 4 2015, reports the press-service of the bank.
“ JSC Kazkommertsbank announces the voluntary early termination of office of Mr. Nurzhan Subkhanberdin and his subsequent withdrawal from the Board of Directors, effective from May 04, 2015,” said the bank.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders has elected Magzhan Auezov, the current Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, a new member of the Board, representing the interests of shareholders.
