Official burnt down $9500 bribe in the time of detention in Bishkek

Almaty. October 28. KazTAG - The head of one department of state agency on environment preservation has been detained on suspicion of extorting more than $15 000 bribe, reports the KyrTAG news agency.
An executive employee of the environment preservation department was extorting $15400 for a hunting permit of 5 ship "Marco Polo" and 8 Siberian mountain goats in addition to the state fee.
The prosecutor's office opened a criminal case on the article 313 (extortion of bribe).
The bribe giving was controlled by the representatives of MIA and the prosecutor's office. The briber realized there was something wrong and locked inside his flat. The police officers had to get into the flat through a balcony on the 4th floor.
This time the suspect was destroying evidences, he was detained in the time of burning the money.
