"During the reporting period, the total turnover amounted to 767 people or 18.1% of the regular number of civil servants, the net turnover of civil servants amounted to 226 employees or 5.3% of the regular number. According to the results of the survey conducted by local executive bodies, 73.1% of employees resigned due to low salaries, ”said Galym Tursunbayev, head of the department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the West Kazakhstan region.
435 state bodies with 3930 employees operate in the region.
From July 1, 2021, a new system of remuneration for civil servants will be introduced in Kazakhstan. Under the new system, the salaries will depend on the responsibilities of each employee.
