"I would like to forewarn the central and local executive bodies that recently the Parliament endorsed the amendments in the budget legislation strengthening responsibility for ineffective planning and use of budget funds. Now they will be brought to administrative responsibility. Moreover, not only the administrators of budget programs, but also heads of central and local executive bodies will be brought to responsibility. This amendment will come into force on January 1 2020," he said at the session of the Government.
He said by the results of 10 months big sums have not been disbursed despite introduction of three specifications and two corrections of the budget.
In his words, the expenses of republican budget amounted to 9.565 trln tenge, or 99.2%. 79 bn tenge have not been disbursed, saving amounted to 11 bn tenge.
