Oil companies underpaid KZT664bn to the National Fund of Kazakhstan in 2020 - counting committee
Astana. June 17. KazTAG - Oil companies underpaid KZT664bn to the National Fund of Kazakhstan in 2020, said Natalya Godunova, chairwoman of the counting committee for monitoring the performance of the republican budget.
“664 bn tenge were underpaid by oil companies in 2020,” Godunova said at a plenary session of the Senate on Thursday.
According to her, at the expense of funds from the sale of assets of the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, a bond loan of T162 billion was repaid, which had been received earlier from the National Fund.
Also, in some cases, instead of paying taxes to the National Fund, the money of the oil companies was credited to the republican budget.
“This practice should be eliminated,” she said.
