According to Sairangul Zhymadilova, annually 600 people graduate schools in the region.
"All the rectors of universities must be interested in employment of at least 90% of graduates. We allocate state funding for this. If students are not employed, there won't be a state order. Grants are allocated for demanded specialties. For instance, if 100 graduates decide to enter the East Kazakhstani state university named after Amanzholov, we will give grants to these universities. Universities must attract school graduates and become competitive," she said.
