Outflow of graduates to foreign universities is planned to be cut in East Kazakhstan region in 2020

Ust-Kamenogorsk. February 27. KazTAG - The outflow of graduates to foreign universities is planned to be cut in the East Kazakhstan region in 2020, reports the information center of the East Kazakhstan region.
"This year we plan to keep on working on reduction of the outflow of graduates  by two times," said the message.
According to Sairangul Zhymadilova, annually 600 people graduate schools in the region.
"All the rectors of universities must be interested in employment of at least 90% of graduates. We allocate state funding for this. If students are not employed, there won't be a state order. Grants are allocated for demanded specialties. For instance, if 100 graduates decide to enter the East Kazakhstani state university named after Amanzholov, we will give grants to these universities. Universities must attract school graduates and become competitive," she said.
In her words, one of the work directions is reduction of outflow of students to foreign universities.
