The purchase of US dollars in the OTC market in July 2022 decreased, compared to June 2022, by 20%, to $7.7 billion, the purchase of Russian rubles decreased in July, by 31%, to 9.2 billion rubles.
EU euro purchases increased by 17% to 36.7 million euros. There were no purchases and sales of British pounds in July.
The average buying rate for the dollar in July was KZT481.05, euro - KZT484.81, rubles - KZT8.2, yuan - KZT70.88.
