Parliament financing cut down by 2 bln tenge in 2015
Astana. February 23. KazTAG - Parliament financing will be cut down by more than 2 bln tenge following expenses optimization of the state bodies, said Yeleusin Sagindikov, deputy, member of the committee on economic policy, innovational development and entrepreneurship of Parliament Senate.
"The Parliament's financing will be cut down by more than 2 bln tenge," he said.
"We have optimized almost all the expenses. According to the schedule, you know, deputies are supposed to travel to the regions and meet the electors; we decided to reduce the number of trips. Many things have been cut down, I think, in the sufficient volume. Foreign trips have been reconsidered," said Talgatbek Abaidildin, chairman of the committee on economic policy, innovational development and entrepreneurship of the Senate
In his words, Kazakhstani President declared optimization of budget expenses as one of the key elements of anti-crisis measures.
