Part of USPF funds invested in foreign national companies - mass media
Almaty. December 28. KazTAG - A part of funds of the Uniform Saving Pension Fund (USPF) have been invested into foreign national companies.
"The USPF investment portfolio is becoming diversified. By the end of this year the National Bank transferred 10 bn tenge from USPF into a new affiliated company Baspana. Our savings were invested into big companies working in the extraction and processing sectors of China and Chile," wrote Bota Zhumanova, journalist, founder and manager of project "Uniform saving pension informatory" in Facebook.
She indicated such companies as Sinopec GRP Overseas (Chinese petrochemical company, which is the second largest producer of oil and gas in China and the second largest chemical company in the world), State Grid Overseas (Chinese State Grid Corporation, which provides electricity to about 1.1 billion people).
“Empresa Nacional Del Pet (State Oil Corporation of Chile which works on exploration, production and sale of hydrocarbons). Cadelco Inc. (The Chilean State Copper Corporation, established in 1976, when the government nationalized the property of foreign investors. The corporation includes seven divisions that mine and process copper ore.),” she said.
