Passage of private transport to Big Almaty Lake may be restricted

Almaty. October 21. KazTAG - Passage of personal transport to the Big Almaty Lake may be restricted, said Bakytzhan Sagintayev, akim of Almaty.
"I have checked the road condition to the Big Almaty Lake which attracts thousands of tourists, city dwellers and guests of the city. To lower the load on the eco-system of the lake we are considering launch of eco-buses and restricting private transport," he wrote in Instagram.
In his words, the masers will make trip to the lake safe, comfortable and preserve the ecology.
