"In order to differentiate the category of tickets depending on the fares, since January 15 the Passenger Transportations will cancel the penalty equal to 1000 tenge for tickets refusal. The measure will concern only the tickets valued under 3500 tenge. The decision has been taken after processing and analysis of the complaints of passengers," reads the message.
Meanwhile, the tickets valued over 3500 tenge will be liable for 1000 tenge penalty.
